The project aims to revitalize the town of Sulina by offering exclusive accommodation within a protected natural area, promoting luxury tourism while rehabilitating the local space through the attraction of funding.
A major challenge was integrating the hospitality function with the constraints of naval architecture, requiring a careful balance between comfort, functionality, and the structural limitations of a floating building.
