The site was under 9 meters wide, with a total surface of just 117 sqm. The only option was to rehabilitate the existing structure and extend vertically.

We surveyed a 1970s house, and the new design had to fit within a 71 sqm footprint. By extending vertically, we managed to create a small yet elegant home with optimized spatial flow.
