The project involved creating a premium Asian-influenced space where the culinary experience is complemented by a warm, sophisticated, and memorable atmosphere.

The concept blends contemporary Japanese aesthetics with natural accents and artisanal elements, resulting in a space that evokes both refinement and comfort. Warm materials such as wood, natural textures, and weaves, raw-finish plasters, ambient lighting, and decorative details like traditional ceramic vessels and dried plants were employed. The interplay of light and shadow, combined with the rhythm of arcades and wooden structures, creates a subtle scenography that frames the gastronomic experience.

The main challenge was to integrate a long, segmented space into a coherent and fluid experience, accommodating multiple zones—group tables, intimate seating, and decorative areas—while maintaining a unified visual identity. Equally important was harmonizing the interior atmosphere with the brand’s character, while respecting the architectural heritage of the historic building.
