A premium fast-food concept. The locations are designed to offer a quick yet memorable experience, centered around reinterpreted Asian dishes, within a warm, artisanal, and visually coherent setting.

The concept is based on the idea of “crafts meets culture”—a meeting between the authenticity of Asian aesthetics and the expressiveness of natural materials. Each location retains its contextual uniqueness while incorporating recognizable elements: matte textures, clay-like finishes, warm and modular lighting, wooden and natural stone furniture, decorative shelving with artisanal ceramics, and an earthy color palette.

This architectural language creates a unified brand identity that is also flexible, adaptable to different types of spaces—from busy malls to street-level venues.

One of the main challenges was maintaining the visual and functional identity within a modular system adaptable to spaces of varying geometry and size. The solution involved developing a set of visual references—architectural gestures and recognizable brand details—that can be locally reinterpreted without losing overall coherence.
