A food unit specializing in Roman-style “al taglio” pizza served by the slice, combined with a variety of soups for the “Fabrica de Ciorbe” section.
The architectural concept aims to create a scenography inspired by Italian urban markets, featuring a vibrant mix of raw materials and greenery. Exposed brickwork, open shelving with products and aromatic plants, and suspended lighting fixtures contribute to a warm, authentic urban-industrial aesthetic. The color palette is dominated by reddish-brown brick tones, white and black ceramic cladding, and touches of bright red, creating a theatrical backdrop for the culinary experience.
The challenge was integrating a semi-open kitchen into a small commercial space with multiple coexisting functions, without making the layout feel cluttered. The solution was achieved through careful vertical modulation: high-level storage, clearly defined display zones, and scenographic lighting to visually separate the two functional areas.
